Steven Madsen

Steven Madsen is an experienced Industrial Design Resource Manager at Sterling Medical Devices since 2022, with a strong background in design leadership as the Design Director at ION Design from 2010 to 2022. Madsen has extensive experience in medical product design, industrial products, and consumer goods, having also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University and undertaken contract design work for Rocketship, Inc. Earlier roles include internships at Ethicon Endo-Surgery and 4sight inc., where Madsen contributed to the design and prototyping of medical devices and packaging for major brands. Madsen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Brigham Young University, earned in 2010.
