Cindy Falk

Cindy Falk has extensive work experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Cindy started their career as the Division President at Career Staff in 1996 and held this role until 1998. Cindy then joined Tri-State Medical Professions in 2001 as the Chief Operating Officer, where they stayed until 2010. During their time at Tri-State Medical Professions, Cindy was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. In 2010, they joined Sterling Medical Staffing Group as the Chief Operating Officer. At Sterling Medical Staffing Group, Cindy was responsible for strategic planning and profit management. Cindy'srole involved managing staff augmentation for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and therapists.

Cindy Falk has a diploma in nursing from the Bethesda School of Nursing. Additionally, they studied Business Administration at Northern Kentucky University, but did not obtain a degree in that field.
