Kyle Heaton

Kyle Heaton has extensive experience in account management and customer service across various sectors. Currently, Kyle serves as a Federal Account Manager at Sterling, focusing on clients from the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State since November 2017. Previously, Kyle held roles at Ameritas, including Healthcare Account Manager and Inside Account Executive. Early career experiences included positions such as Client Service Representative at Coldwater Golf Links and Team Leader at JM Lawn and Landscape, where leadership and communication skills were honed. Kyle also gained practical experience as a Sales Intern at Aflac and served as a Driver Assistant at ISU Surplus, alongside a foundational role at Sioux City Country Club. Kyle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Iowa State University, completing studies in May 2017.
