Matt Stinchcomb

Matt Stinchcomb joined Seacrest Partners (now Sterling Seacrest Partners) in 2009 after a career as a professional athlete. As a member of the National Football League (NFL) 1999-2006, Stinchcomb played for the Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was a distinguished player for the University of Georgia football team (1995-1998) where he was a two time All-American, a Lombardi Award Finalist and named Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Male Athlete of the Year.

Matt has been recognized by numerous organizations for his professional talent and dedication to community. His awards include: Terry Outstanding Young Alumni (2012); University of Georgia 40 under 40 (2011); University of Georgia Circle of Honor; SEC Legends, Class of 2009; SEC All Decade Team; and University of Georgia Permanent Team Captain.

Matt earned a BBA in Finance (summa cum laude) from the University of Georgia and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Business Management & Entrepreneurial Program.

An active supporter of his community, Matt has volunteered his time and talent with numerous organizations, including: Countdown to Kickoff Charities (Chairman, fundraising arm for pediatric healthcare philanthropies); Stinchcomb Family Foundation (President and co-founder, private non-profit organization supporting regional and national children’s charities); Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (Board Member); Georgia Transplant Foundation (Board Emeritus); Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation (Board Member); Terry Young Alumni (Board Member); and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Member).
