Michael Butler

Michael Butler, CPCU has more than 30 years of commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage and consulting experience. He was a founding partner of Seacrest Partners, and held client executive positions with Palmer & Cay/Wachovia Insurance Services and Jones, Hill & Mercer. Michael has a broad range of expertise in all lines of commercial insurance, including large account/complex casualty programs.

Michael earned a BBA in Risk & Insurance Management from the University of Georgia and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation.

An active supporter of his community, Michael has volunteered his time and talent with numerous organizations, including: Boy Scouts of the Coastal Empire (Endowment Board Member); Junior Achievement (Board Member); Propeller Club of Savannah (Member); Two Hundred Club of Coastal Empire (past member); and is the former Assistant Scout Master for Troop 527, Boy Scouts of America.
