Susannah Kinsey

Ms. Susannah F. Kinsey has more than 26 years of experience in providing risk management and commercial insurance solutions to clients throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Susannah leads our Real Estate/Hospitality Practice which specializes in risk management services for asset/ property managers, property developers, contractors, property owners, fund managers, condos and hotel/resorts. In addition, she provides merger and acquisition advisory services including due diligence consulting on insurance related matters for Private Equity firms.

Before joining Sterling Seacrest Partners (formerly Sterling Risk Advisors), Susannah held the position of Senior Vice President with McGriff, Seibels and Williams and was one of their Real Estate Practice leaders. Prior to McGriff, Seibels and Williams she was a Marketing Manager with Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton and an Underwriter with Kemper Insurance Company.

Susannah received a dual Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia. She completed the Harvard Negotiation School in Boston, is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and is a member of the 1% Club in Atlanta.

She is active in the commercial real estate industry and has served as an instructor and panel member at various industry functions, including Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate (AECRE), Georgia Apartment Association (GAA), Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Susannah lives in Buckhead and is an active member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. Her interests include scuba diving, golf, traveling, snow skiing and reading.
