Becky Crum

Becky Crum, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Becky is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Sterling. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources & Administration at Odyssey Specialized Logistics LLC from 2017 to 2023. Becky also served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from 2012 to 2017.

Before joining Odyssey Specialized Logistics LLC, Crum worked at Matson Logistics Inc. as a National Agent Recruiter/Manager from 2010 to 2011. Becky then moved on to Trans-United, Inc. where they served as the Director of Recruiting from 2008 to 2009. Crum began their career at USA Logistics, Inc. as a Development Manager from 2005 to 2008.

Crum's earliest work experience was as an Operations Manager at Priority Refrigerated Services (KAT, Inc) from 1993 to 2005. Throughout their career, Crum has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in human resources management and administration.

Becky Crum, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Supervision from Purdue University North Central, which they completed in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Marketing from Purdue University North Central in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Becky Crum has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in November 2016, as well as the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in September 2020.
