Rakesh Choudhury

Rakesh Choudhury is a seasoned HR and Administration professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager HR & Admin at Sterling Tools Ltd since January 2019, Rakesh oversees employee relations, industrial relations, and administrative functions. Previously held the position of Deputy Manager-HR & Admin at Crystal Crop Protection Limited, where responsibilities included manpower planning, recruitment, and employee orientation. Additionally, Rakesh gained foundational experience at RAJ Overseas as Assistant Manager-HR, Compliance, and SAP-HR, managing various HR functions. Rakesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management & Information Technology, Cuttack.
