Jason R.

Jason R. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Trading Tech since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at OppLoans from March 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining OppLoans, Jason held the position of Vice President of Finance at The AZEK Company from April 2016 to March 2020. Jason played a crucial role in the company's transition from a private equity-owned portfolio company to a public company during its IPO in June 2020.

Jason also has experience in the financial services industry, having worked at Discover Financial Services from December 2011 to March 2016. During their tenure, they served as the Director of Finance for the Student Loans business and later took on the role of Senior Manager of Pricing and Analytics for the direct-to-consumer deposit business.

Prior to their work in finance, Jason worked in consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and IBM Strategy and Change Consulting. At McKinsey, they led teams in serving Fortune 500 corporations on operations, technology, and business strategy studies. And at IBM, they worked as a Senior Consultant.

Jason's career began at OppenheimerFunds in March 2002, where they served as a Senior Analyst until April 2004. Throughout their work experience, Jason has displayed strong financial and management skills, working in various leadership roles and successfully leading teams and projects.

Jason R. obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in the years 2004-2006. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University. Prior to their university education, Jason R. attended Brookfield High School.
