Jason Rosenthal

Jason Rosenthal is the current Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Trading Tech. Prior to joining Sterling Trading Tech, Jason served as the Vice President of Finance at OppLoans from March 2020 to January 2022. In this role, Jason was responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis for a high growth Fintech online lending company during its transition to a public company through a SPAC IPO. Jason also served as the Vice President of Finance at The AZEK Company from April 2016 to March 2020, where they were responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis for a private equity-owned portfolio company during its transition to a public company.

Jason Rosenthal received a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jason also attended Brookfield High School.

They work with Andrew Actman - Managing Director of Business Development, Jim Nevotti - President, and Ravi Jain - Chief Product Officer. Their manager is Farid Naib, CEO.
