Stephanie Brooks

Stephanie Brooks is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Nurse Educator and Health Coach at Sterling Wellness Solutions since May 2023 and as a Health and Wellness Coach with Abiding Life Care and Coaching since November 2019. Stephanie's background includes roles as a Registered Nurse II within the ambulatory team at the Medical University of South Carolina, focusing on infusion therapy for Covid patients, and experience as a contract RN with Matrix Medical Network for community health assignments. Past positions also include conducting Covid case investigations for SC DHEC and providing direct client care at BAYADA Home Health Care. With a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University, Stephanie has also demonstrated leadership skills as Deputy Director of Member Care at SIM USA, where team education and resilience coaching were key responsibilities.
