Evan Dictor is an experienced application developer and software engineer with a robust background in programming and application design spanning over three decades. Currently employed as a Developer at SterlingRisk since September 2015, Evan has previously held positions such as Application Architect at First Data Corporation, where development of an internal call center application was a key achievement.
