Stuart Daroca

Stuart Daroca, currently a Partner at Sterlington, has extensive experience in handling complex corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset acquisitions, venture capital/private equity investments, and reorganizations. Prior to their current role, Stuart served as the Chief Legal Officer at Unreal Estate and General Counsel at USRealty.com. Before that, Stuart worked at American International Group, Inc. and Citigroup, Inc. as Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel respectively, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. Daroca's legal career began as a Legal Assistant at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, after which Stuart obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center.
