Arpit Shrivastava started their work experience in 2012 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, where they worked in the Radio Maintenance Department and handled various tasks related to 3G and 2G sites.

In 2014, they worked at Educomp Solutions Ltd as a Smartclass Coordinator, where they were responsible for network and desktop engineering, including maintaining a LAN with 120 PCs and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

From 2014 to 2015, Arpit worked as an Executive (NMT) Engineer at Bharti Airtel Services. Arpit'sresponsibilities included managing the quality of the network, reducing fiber cut, SDH fault, and power save, as well as maintaining DG maintenance.

In 2015, Arpit joined Reliance jio infocomm ltd as a Quality Executive, where they completed major LTE projects in the area.

Since 2016, Arpit has been employed at Sterlite Power, starting as a Service Delivery Manager and then transitioning into roles such as QA Engineer and O&M Lead. Arpit'sresponsibilities at Sterlite Power included continuously improving QA processes, managing testing of cables, maintaining ISO documents, and aligning major projects. Arpit also ensured project closure within cost, quality, and time parameters and provided support for OSP, infrastructure, planning, and electronic deployment.

Overall, Arpit Shrivastava has gained extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network maintenance, quality management, and project coordination.

Arpit Shrivastava obtained a 12 class certificate in Mathematics from Kopal H.S. School in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from 2006 to 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RGPV Bhopal.
