Manish Srivastava

Manish Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the power industry. Manish is currently working at Sterlite Power as the EVP, Director, and Business Head of Power Cable since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Joint Managing Director at MODISON from March 2020 to February 2023. Manish also served as the Chief Executive Officer at MODISON from May 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining MODISON, Manish Srivastava held various roles at ABB. From April 2014 to May 2019, they were the Vice President and Business Head of Breakers and Modules. Prior to that, they were the Business Head of Distribution Transformers from October 2010 to March 2014. Manish Srivastava has also worked at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited as the AGM and Head Marketing of Power Transformers from 2008 to 2010 and as the Zona Marketing Head of Power System from March 2007 to October 2008.

Earlier in their career, Manish Srivastava worked at CTR as the Divisional Manager and Exports Head from April 2006 to March 2007. Manish also worked at ABB as the Marketing Head of IT and LCC sourcing from January 2005 to March 2006, as the Project Manager of Corporate Strategy from April 2004 to January 2005, as the Marketing Manager of LTB from March 1998 to March 2004, and as a Design Engineer from August 1996 to February 1998.

Manish Srivastava completed their undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology in 1996. In 1997, they pursued a HV Module course at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). In 2003, they enrolled in the Fast Track Management for Young Managers program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Manish Srivastava also obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in December 2020. Additionally, they completed Managerial Economics, Decision-Making Strategies, Operational Excellence Foundations, and Strategic Thinking courses, all from LinkedIn, in April and May 2020.
