Neha Sharma's work experience includes a position as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Business Development at Sterlite Power, where they focused on expanding market access and generating business from existing and new clients. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Engineer - Sales & Marketing at KEC International Ltd., where they were responsible for business development and generating inquiries for upcoming projects. Neha also arranged technical seminars and plant visits to showcase the company's capabilities to clients. Earlier in their career, Neha worked as a Testing Engineer & Marketing Executive at Pradeep Sales & Service Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted testing for transformer controlling equipment and was involved in bid preparation and tendering. Neha received recognition for securing the biggest order in the region.

Neha Sharma completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Gyan Vihar School of Engineering and Technology from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their HSC degree in PMC (presumably Science) from St. Andrew's Senior Secondary School in Agra between the years 2005 and 2006.
