Shailesh Saxena

Shailesh Saxena is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and business management, currently serving as Chief Manager in the CEO Office at Sterlite Power since April 2017. His expertise includes business performance management, program management for operational excellence, and strategic project execution, where Shailesh develops three-year strategic roadmaps and conducts extensive business planning. Prior to this role, Shailesh held consulting positions at Accenture and KPMG, focusing on cost reduction, process transformation, and optimization within the Power and Oil & Gas sectors.
