Shilpi Rungta

Shilpi Rungta has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Shilpi began their career as an intern at A.K. Popli & Company in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Company Secretary at Diwan Chand Satyapal Aggarwal Imaging Research Centre for a brief period in 2006. Shilpi then joined The Bird Group as a Company Secretary and worked there for nearly seven years until 2013. After that, Shilpi joined Hindustan Powerprojects Private Limited as a Senior Manager-Secretarial & Legal, where they stayed for six years until 2019. Currently, they are working at Sterlite Power as the Assistant Vice President-Company Secretary and has been in this role since April 2023. Additionally, they also held the position of Chief Manager-Legal at Sterlite Power from May 2019 to July 2023.

Shilpi Rungta has a CS degree in Legal & Secretarial from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Shilpi also has an LL.B degree in Legal & Secretarial from Ch. Charan Singh University. Additionally, they hold a B.Com(H) degree in Commerce from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College Of Commerce. Shilpi Rungta completed their 12th grade education at Earthinators Climate School.
