Shruti Jain

Shruti Jain is the Chief Legal Officer at Sterlite Power and is responsible for leading the overall legal strategy for the company. She has close to 2 decades of experience in handling legal & compliance matters for global companies. Her areas of expertise include US, UK laws, litigation management, dispute resolutions, setting up legal functions, Board of directors’ management, License compliances, SEBI & RBI compliance, FINRA investigations, Australia consumer protection laws etc.

She was previously Global Head-Legal at Crisil Ltd & has also worked with Essar Group, Radio One & Datamatics Group of companies. She holds a degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries in India.
