Bharat Bawane

Bharat Bawane is a skilled Maintenance Officer and Incharge at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since July 2018, focusing on mechanical and electrical maintenance, preventive and predictive tasks, and project planning to enhance productivity and reduce breakdowns. Responsibilities include developing new assemblies, maintaining maintenance documentation, managing spare parts, and ensuring plant safety. Prior to STL, Bharat served as a Mechanical Engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited from May 2014 to April 2018, where duties involved conducting audits, implementing Poka-yoke systems, and collaborating with the Projects Department on facility design.
