Rakesh Sharma

Rakesh Sharma is an experienced Solutions Architect and Technical Manager currently employed at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the architecture, design, and delivery of NetConf and YANG support for a distributed Broadband wireline access platform, ensuring compliance with Broadband Forum standards. Prior to this, Rakesh held the position of Senior Solutions Architect/Technical Manager at GlobalLogic India, delivering architecture and design for Pearson Digital Education Platforms, and previously worked at Agnity Technologies, Inter Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Aplion Networks in various technical and managerial roles that encompassed project management, process management, and technical design across diverse domains such as IoT, Cloud Integration, and Networking. Rakesh began a career in software engineering at Hughes Software Systems, contributing to protocol module design and development. Rakesh earned a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from REC, Silchar, and completed 10+2 studies in Mathematics and Computer Science at Dibrugarh University.
