Stephen Szymanski

Stephen Szymanski serves as the Executive Vice President for the Americas Region at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since September 2020, overseeing the company's leadership, governance, and operational direction with a focus on profitability and market development. Previously, Szymanski held the position of Senior Vice President for the Telecom Division at Prysmian Group from March 2006 to August 2020, achieving significant financial milestones and managing one of North America's largest optical fiber and cable segments. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member at EIS Inc., Board Member of the Fiber Optic Sensing Association, and various positions at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave, Marconi PLC, and Anixter. Szymanski holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston, further education from SDA Bocconi in Economics, Strategy, and Finance, a certification in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School, and a Graduate Certificate in Law from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
