Tarun Kumar

Tarun Kumar has extensive experience in billing, collections, and service assurance, currently serving as the Regional Head of Billing & Collection for the ONB Business at Sterlite Technologies Limited since June 2012, overseeing the Connectivity Solutions Business across the India-MEA-APAC region. In this role, Tarun Kumar manages relationships with major customers, including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, and Tata Communications. Previous positions include Deputy Manager of Service Assurance, focusing on nationwide operations, and Associate Manager in Process and Operations Management, where Tarun successfully established customer service operations. Prior experience includes serving as Service Assurance Lead at Tata Communications and as a Process Associate at Idea Cellular Ltd. Tarun Kumar holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, a GNIIT in Computer Science from NIIT Technologies, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ramjas College, Delhi University.
