Tomasz Bednarczyk

Tomasz Bednarczyk is currently the Head of R&D Optical Connectivity at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tomasz spent 18 years at Corning Incorporated, where positions included Senior Global Manager - Technical Documentation in R&D and various managerial roles in financial control, reporting, and business management analysis. Earlier in Tomasz's career, experience at General Electric involved roles as Pricing Manager and Pricing Specialist, focusing on power controls and lighting products. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Warsaw University of Technology and a Master's degree in Management and Organization from Lodz University of Technology. Additional educational experience includes studies at emlyon business school.
