Amy Doyle has extensive experience in risk management and compliance within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Sterman Masser, Inc. since June 2013, Amy holds multiple leadership roles including Director of Compliance, Director of Compliance & Human Resources, and Director of Culture and Training. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Compliance Manager at Cresscare Medical from February 2011 to June 2013, and as a Customer Service Process Manager at Air Products Healthcare from October 2007 to August 2009. Earlier in Amy's career, Amy gained valuable experience in customer service at Air Products Healthcare from 1992 to 2007. With a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, Amy specializes in effective process management, training, communication, and policy development to enhance collections and ensure compliance.
