Julie Masser Ballay

Julie Masser Ballay serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Sterman Masser, Inc. since January 2009 and holds the position of Secretary of the Board and member of the Board of Directors. Julie has been involved with the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Schuylkill/Carbon County as a director since January 2014 and is a committee member on the Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee for the USDA since August 2020. In the NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA MANUFACTURERS AND EMPLOYERS ASSOCIATION, Julie has held multiple leadership roles since January 2015, including Chairwoman, and continues to serve as a board member. Additional contributions include being a committee member of the Technology Committee for the Produce Marketing Association since September 2020 and a board member of the Hegins-Hubley Authority beginning January 2018. Prior to current roles, Julie worked as a Structural Frame Engineer at Weyerhaeuser from July 2003 to November 2008. Julie holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Agricultural & Biological Engineering from Penn State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in the same field.
