Thea Ayyad, PMP, DASM has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Thea is currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Stern Pinball, Inc. In their previous role at PepsiCo, they were a R&D Technical Sr. Project Manager - Gatorade and Social Beverages, where they managed multiple global and domestic projects simultaneously and served as the "voice of R&D" across different business functions. Thea also held the position of R&D Finance Sr. Manager, managing a $100 million R&D budget supporting 300 individuals globally. Prior to PepsiCo, they worked as an FP&A Manager and Senior Analyst. Thea has also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at The Siegfried Group and as a Senior Internal Auditor at Baxter Healthcare. Thea Ayyad began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Thea Ayyad, PMP, DASM has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Thea also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

In addition to their education, Thea has obtained certification as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute in May 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the same institution in March 2018.
