Susan Steinberg Stern is the owner of Stern Strategy Group, a position held since January 1985, where leadership encompasses overseeing strategy for a 30-person agency and ensuring quality and service standards are upheld. In addition to strategic oversight, counsel is provided to clients on the significance of thought leadership in enhancing brand visibility for innovative concepts and services. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Carl Byoir & Associates from 1981 to 1984, managing business-to-business accounts in commercial design and technology during the firm's peak as the world's third largest public relations entity. Educational background includes a BA in French literature and European history from Tufts University (1971-1975) and attendance at Riverdale Country School (1966-1971).
