Dr. Matthias Moser currently serves as the Managing Director of Food Ingredients at Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, a role held since July 2015. Prior to this, Dr. Moser was the CEO and an Executive Board Member at BENEO from June 2009 to June 2015, overseeing Operations, R&D, and New Business Development. Dr. Moser also held the position of Head of R&D at Südzucker AG from March 2008 to February 2013. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Chemistry and Clinical Chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (1995-1998) and a Diplom-Chemiker degree from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg (1989-1994), along with a brief educational stint at CPE (ESCIL) in Lyon, France in 1993.
