Thomas Baier

Thomas Baier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process management and controlling. Currently serving as Team Lead Global Process Management and Global Process Owner Record to Report at Stern-Wywiol Gruppe since July 2021, Thomas has previously worked as a Project Consultant at TriFinance and held various controller roles, including Controller and Junior Controller in Category Management at Zalando SE. Thomas's early career included an internship in project controlling at TUI Cruises GmbH and as a management trainee intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Academically, Thomas holds a Master of Arts in Controlling und Unternehmensführung from Hochschule Fresenius and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The University of Göttingen, complemented by a semester abroad at Mälardalen University through the Erasmus program.
