Larry Cohen. Managing Director of Private Equity Investment Banking. Mr. Cohen joined the Firm in May of 2018, he brings close to 20 years of Investment banking and capital raising experience. Specializing in the Healthcare sector including Bio-Tech, Pharma, Medical Devices, and Technology.

Mr. Cohen began his career at Lehman Brothers in the late 90s, where he was part of the Hedge Fund and Banking Group.

He is a FINRA registered representative with series 7 and 63.
