Grant Burton

Grant Burton has extensive experience in quality assurance, industrial engineering, and manufacturing processes, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Manager of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Sternberg Lighting since March 2014. Prior experience includes roles at DENTSPLY INTERNATIONAL as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, where significant improvements were made in the document change process through Kaizen initiatives, as well as positions at KOMET OF AMERICA INCORPORATED as a Process Engineer and at MILLER FLUID POWER CORPORATION as a Manufacturing Engineer. Grant Burton holds an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
