Frederic Boucher has extensive work experience in various roles. Frederic is currently an Industrial Technology Advisor at the National Research Council Canada. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Research and Development at Sterno Home, where they managed the development of new products and oversaw the intellectual property portfolio. Frederic also worked as a Product Manager in the Landscape Lighting Division, responsible for a product portfolio generating $20 million in annual revenue. Before Sterno Home, Frederic worked at Northern International Inc. as a Senior Electrical Engineer, where they evaluated product requests and provided technical advice. Frederic also coordinated approvals for new products and led the design of electronic circuits and specifications. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at the same company. Frederic's work experience also includes a stint at Ville de Montréal as an Engineering Traffic Intern.
Frederic Boucher completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure in 2005. Frederic then pursued a Masters in Engineering Management at the Université de Sherbrooke from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of College Studies in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from College Edouard Montpetit, graduating in 2000.
