Alex Coppersmith has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Alex began their career as an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 1999. Later, they joined Piper Jaffray as a Vice President from 2001 to 2005, and then moved to Cowen & Co. where they served as a Director from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, they joined Raymond James & Associates as a Senior Vice President in the Consumer Investment Banking Group, specializing in consumer companies. From 2011 to 2020, Alex held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Partner at Bacchus Management Group, a restaurant and hospitality management company in Northern California. Following that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fresh & Ready Foods from 2021 to 2022, an innovative leader in the fresh food-to-go category. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Sterno, a consumer products company known for its portable food warming systems and table lighting solutions.

Alex Coppersmith attended the University of Southern California from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Afterward, they pursued further education at The Wharton School from 1997 to 1999, completing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship.
