Scott Rylko

Scott Rylko has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Scott currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Sterno, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales at Sterno from November 2015 to February 2021.

Before joining Sterno, Rylko worked at SternoCandleLamp from November 2012 to November 2015 as the Vice President, National Accounts. Scott also held multiple roles at Candle Lamp Company, LLC from March 2007 to October 2012, including Vice President, National Accounts, Director - National Accounts, and Regional Sales Manager.

Rylko began their career at Club Marketing Services, a division of Advantage Sales & Marketing, where they held various positions from 1997 to 2007. These positions included Vice President - Field Operations, Director - Operations, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager.

Prior to their career in sales, Rylko worked as a Constituent Services Representative for U.S. Representative Dick Chrysler from 1996 to 1997.

Scott Rylko earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Michigan State University in 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies in 2013.
