Tyler Nakatani

Tyler Nakatani, CPA, currently serves as Accounting Manager at Gee Whiz, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tyler held the position of Accounting Manager at Stetner Construction Group from May 2022 to March 2024. Tyler's career in accounting began at Charter Construction, Inc., serving as Project Accountant from May 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing all accounting functions for the Insurance team, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring vendor and subcontractor compliance, conducting cash flow analysis, setting and tracking budgets, forecasting profits, performing job cost analysis, maintaining work-in-progress reports, and preparing financial statements. Tyler also worked as a Project Accountant at Southland Industries from August 2017 to May 2022. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the UW Foster School of Business, completed in 2004.
