Destiny Reist

Destiny Reist currently serves as the Director of Business Administration at Stetson Insurance Funding, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Destiny worked as a Project Manager in IT Operations at Ryan Specialty from October 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included defining project scope, managing project plans, and ensuring successful project completion through effective communication and risk management. Earlier experience at Starbucks spanned nearly a decade, culminating in the role of Store Manager and Trainer, where Destiny achieved significant sales growth and developed team skills. Additional roles included Client/Project Manager at Aftermath Services and Athlete at Nike. Destiny holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and an associate degree from Waubonsee Community College.
