Bill Cognion

Bill Cognion has extensive work experience in the engineering and maintenance field. Bill started their career in 1994 at Tetra Pak as a Field Service Engineer and Rebuild Engineer, specializing in machinery and packaging material for liquid filling machines. In 2005, they joined Steuben Foods Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Maintenance and Continuous Improvement, Director of Technical Services and Continuous Improvement, and currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Projects.

Bill Cognion attended Columbus State Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Electronics. In 2015, they briefly studied at the University of Buffalo, focusing on Six Sigma Green Belt, but did not complete a degree.
