Len Carruthers

Vice President Engineering at Steuben Foods

Len Carruthers began their work experience as a Technical Director at Tetra Pak in 1982, where they held various positions and relocated multiple times within the United States. Len then worked as the Director of Maintenance at California Natural Products from 2001 until 2009, where they managed plant maintenance, production, and expansion projects. After that, Carruthers joined Steuben Foods in 2009 as the Vice President of Maintenance, responsible for overseeing facility operations and assets. In 2011, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering at Steuben Foods. Len'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in technical and maintenance roles within the food and beverage industry.

Len Carruthers attended Cornell University, where they studied Dairy Science and also completed a program in Better Processing School. Len then went on to attend Penn State University, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Carruthers also received training in Basic Propulsion & Engineering School and Engine-man A School from the US Navy.
