Gioga Alessandro

Gioga Alessandro has a strong background in finance and management. From 2011 to the present, they have held the position of VP Regional AFC, Americas at Stevanato Group. In this role, they provide financial oversight and formulates strategic financial plans to ensure growth and profitability goals are met. Gioga also drives process improvement and collaboration within the company.

Prior to this, from 2017 to 2023, Alessandro served as the Group Planning and Control Director at Stevanato Group. Here, they led a global team and was responsible for management performance analysis and planning processes to drive business performance.

From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of Group Administration and Finance Director at Stevanato Group. In this position, they were responsible for financial statement consolidation, delivering information to the Board of Directors, and overseeing finance and treasury activities.

Before joining Stevanato Group, Alessandro worked at hubergroup as a Controller from 2005 to 2011. In this role, they managed financial and managerial closing processes, performed sales and margin analysis, and was in charge of budgeting and cash flow monitoring.

From 2002 to 2005, Alessandro worked as a Controller at Saeco International Group SPA.

Throughout their career, Alessandro has demonstrated their expertise in finance, administration, and planning, as well as their ability to lead teams and drive business performance.

Gioga Alessandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Università Mercatorum, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they completed an Executive Master in CFO from CUOA Business School in 2014 and 2015. In 2001 and 2002, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance & Controlling from Bologna Business School. Gioga'seducational journey began with a Master's degree in Economics from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, which they pursued from 1995 to 2000.
