Luca Vallati

Luca Vallati is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Inspection Systems Engineering Manager at Stevanato Group since March 2011, where leadership is provided to the vision systems team in pharmaceutical packaging and inspection environments, employing advanced algorithms and deep learning solutions. Prior to this, Luca worked as a Machine Vision Engineer at Microtec Innovating Wood from March 2007 to March 2011, focusing on developing scanner systems utilizing high-speed line scan cameras and X-ray sensors for evaluating timber quality. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Developer at the University of Padova from September 2005 to March 2007. Luca Vallati holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in 2005.
