Senior Vice President Asia Pacific at Stevanato Group

Raffaele Pace has a wealth of experience in various roles within the engineering and product management field. Pace began their career as an Experimental Mechanics Researcher at Università della Calabria in 2005. In 2006, they joined Sidel as an R&D designer, where they were responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing new products. Pace then took on the role of Project Manager R&D at Sidel in 2008, planning and executing new product development programs. Pace continued to advance within Sidel, serving as Product Manager Labeling and Director of Engineering & Product Manager Labeling, where they guided the complete labeling product line. In 2016, Pace became the Wet Block Product & Platform Director, overseeing product management and platform ownership for blowing, labeling, and filling machines. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Vice President Product Management, leading the product management team and driving the wet block portfolio's specifications and technical performances. In 2019, Pace became the Vice President of Equipment Product Management & Digital Solutions, driving the product strategy and overseeing the creation and delivery of product development strategies. In 2020, Pace joined Stevanato Group as the Vice President of Operations in the Engineering Systems Division before being promoted to their current role as Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, where they are responsible for implementing the company's strategy and achieving long-term growth within the Asia Pacific region.

Pace Raffaele completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Experimental Mechanics from Università della Calabria.
