Alicia Neverman

Alicia Neverman has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Alicia began their career at Nordstrom as a Retail Sales Intern, where they were responsible for leading and managing their department team members. Alicia also analyzed merchandise and sales data to set daily sales goals and participated in trend forecasting and visual merchandising.

Alicia then moved on to work at Gina Concepts as an Assistant Designer and later as an Associate Designer. Here, they gained hands-on experience in the design process, contributing to the creation of various fashion products.

Currently, Alicia is employed at Steve Madden as a Designer. In this role, they focus on the off-price business and specializes in handbag design. Alicia creates handbag shapes, hardware, prints, and quilts, ensuring that all necessary specifications and tech packs are included for each design. Alicia thrives in fast-paced and ever-evolving work environments.

Alicia Neverman pursued their higher education starting in 2009 at Central Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Apparel Merchandising and Design. In 2011, they briefly attended the Paris American Academy to study the Business of European Fashion and Couture Techniques. No degree was specified for this program.
