Josh Krepon

President, US Direct To Consumer & Global Digital at Steve Madden

Josh Krepon has extensive work experience in the field of digital commerce and e-commerce. Josh is currently serving as the President of US Direct to Consumer & Global Digital at Steve Madden since May 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of President of Global Digital at Steve Madden from October 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Steve Madden, Josh served as the CEO Council Member at Collaborative Gain starting from February 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, Josh worked at Cole Haan, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President of Global Digital Commerce from August 2017 to September 2020 and Vice President of Global Digital Commerce from March 2014 to July 2017.

Josh's previous experience includes working at Tory Burch as the Director of Global E-Commerce from October 2010 to February 2014. During the same period, they also held the position of Director of Production & Project Management, E-Commerce at Tory Burch.

Prior to Tory Burch, Josh worked at Victoria's Secret as a Project Manager in Internet Creative Services from January 2009 to October 2010.

From 2006 to 2009, Josh worked at Polo Ralph Lauren, where they served as a Senior Project Manager for Rugby.com from March 2008 to January 2009, and as a Project Manager in the Interactive Creative Group from January 2006 to March 2008.

Josh's early career includes working at Corporate Executive Board, where they held several roles including Associate Director of Web Services from February 2004 to December 2005, Web Product Manager from February 2003 to February 2004, Web Analyst from February 2002 to February 2003, and Manager of Content Delivery from September 1999 to February 2002.

Josh Krepon attended Kenyon College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. In 1998, they also briefly studied at the University of Sydney, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
