Marisa Schachner

Marisa Schachner began their work experience in 2009 as a Men's Sweater Intern at Nautica. Marisa then worked as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS from June 2009 to June 2010. In 2010, they interned as a Millinery Intern at Louis Mariette from January to April, and as a Design Intern at Vera Wang from May to August. In 2011, they worked as a Millinery Design Intern at Selima Optique from September to December, and subsequently became a Design Director at Steve Madden in October 2011.

Marisa Schachner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Marisa furthered their education by pursuing Continuing Education at the School of Visual Arts in 2014-2015, focusing on Graphic Design and Branding. In 2010, they also had a brief academic stint at the London College Of Fashion, University of the Arts, although it is unclear if they completed a specific degree program in that period.
