Noura Shehabeldin

Noura Shehabeldin has extensive experience in the retail industry, primarily working for Steve Madden. Noura started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Manager at Hot Topic, where they ensured that store associates maintained company standards and handled daily functions in the absence of the store manager.

In 2006, Noura joined Steve Madden as an Assistant Manager, where they continued to develop their skills and gained experience in managing store operations. Noura then progressed to roles such as Store Manager, Training Manager, and Regional Training Manager, where they focused on training store associates according to company guidelines, reviewing and modifying policies and procedures.

In their most recent role at Steve Madden, Noura served as the National Training Manager, responsible for overseeing training programs on a national level. Noura also held the position of Senior Operations Manager.

Throughout their career, Noura has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Noura Shehabeldin completed their Associate's degree in Counseling Psychology from Brookdale Community College between 2001 and 2003. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies and Employee Relations at Rutgers University from 2004 to 2009.
