Rozanna Serey

Rozanna Serey has a wealth of retail management experience, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Steve Madden since June 2019. Prior roles include Cashier at Coach and Assistant Manager at Steve Madden from July 2016 to January 2018, as well as Associate Manager at The Limited Outlet for nearly two years. Rozanna began a career in retail as a Sales Leader at The Limited and EXPRESS, enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities throughout these positions have included managing store functions, driving customer experience, organizing backroom operations, and overseeing payroll and training. Rozanna graduated from Lakewood High School in 2006.
