Sashi Arumugam

Sashi Arumugam, MBA, has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 16 years. Currently, they are the Director of IT - Warehouse Management Systems at Steve Madden since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Keystone Logic from December 2017 to May 2020, where they held the position of Senior Manager and Sr. Technical WMS Lead Consultant. In this role, they successfully implemented a production support managed services strategy and effectively facilitated cross-team collaboration. Sashi'sefforts in building trust and delivering quality outcomes helped secure new contracts.

Before joining Keystone Logic, Sashi worked at Bally Technologies from January 2013 to December 2017, where they held the role of Lead Analyst, Software Engineer, and Project Manager. Sashi also worked as an SSA from March 2010 to December 2012 at the same company.

Prior to Bally Technologies, Sashi worked at Manhattan Associates as an SSE from September 2006 to March 2010. Sashi also gained valuable experience as a Programmer - Projects at Honda Gulf FZE from May 2005 to August 2006.

Sashi began their career as a Software Engineer at Silverlake Information Systems in 2004.

Throughout their career, Sashi has demonstrated strong technical expertise and leadership skills, successfully delivering projects and exceeding client expectations.

Sashi Arumugam, MBA, earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rutgers Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to pursuing an MBA, Sashi completed an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Krishna College Of Engineering And Technology.

Additionally, Sashi has obtained several certifications, including a Mini-MBA in Digital Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School in June 2020 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018.
