Andrea Berg, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Steven Label since December 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions in human resources, including Human Resources Director at Wanner Engineering, Inc., and HR Director for Power Solutions North America at TT Electronics plc. With extensive experience in HR management and administration across multiple organizations, such as US LBM and Mid-States Mechanical Services, Andrea has developed expertise in employee benefits, recruitment processes, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
