Over the past 25 years, Mark has put this philosophy into action in the areas of strategic planning and growth strategy development for Steven Scott Management. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mark is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and financial management for the company's growing $500 million dollar portfolio. Mark works closely with owners, partnerships and accountants to ensure that the goals and visions of the owners are effectively realized. Mark's extensive experience in detailed financial planning and analysis, utilization of new technologies in the multi-housing industry, and analysis of potential new development projects is vital to the success of Steven Scott Management and Bader Development. Mark has been with Steven Scott Management since 1987 and has a degree in Economics.
